No. 405/24. —Petition of Kahupake Rongonui. Petitioner complains of injustice done by inclusion of the Native burial-ground known as " Pukaki " in the sale of Lots 159-161, Parish of Manurewa, to the Auckland Automobile Association. She prays for redress. 1 am directed to report that the Committee is of opinion this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry with a view to an amicable settlement being arranged, on the ground, between the parties interested. 10th September, 1925.
