Prohibits after 20th November, 1927, with certain exceptions, the use of white-lead and sulphate of lead, and of all products containing these pigments, in the internal [painting of buildings ; also the employment of males under eighteen years of age and all females in any painting-work of an industrial character involving the use of these substances : regulates, as from 1st January, 1924, at the latest, the use of these pigments, &c, and provides that statistics with regard to lead-jjoisoning among working painters shall be kept. Weekly Rest Day in Industrial Subject to certain total or partial exceptions, secures to Undertakings workers in industrial undertakings a period of rest comprising at least twenty-four consecutive hours in every period of seven days. Minimum Age for Employment Prohibits, with certain exceptions, the employment of any as Trimmers and Stokers person under the age of eighteen years as trimmer or stoker.
