Canterbury College and Canterbury Agricultural College Amendment Bill. The Education Committee, to which was referred the above-mentioned Bill, has the honour to report that the said Bill has been carefully' considered, and the Committee recommends that it be allowed to proceed, with amendment as shown on copy of the Bill attached hereto. 21st September, 1922.

No. 229.—Petition of John George Henry Bull, of Gisborne. Praying that he may be allowed to retain certain pension-moneys which have been reclaimed by the Teachers' Superannuation Pensions Board, and be entitled to receive his full pension from the date of his retirement. I have the honour to report that this Committee is of opinion that the Superannuation Board should allow petitioner two years from date for the repayment of the £112 at present outstanding, and recommends the Government to forward this report to the Superannuation Board. 20th October, 1922.
