Area, 120 acres. Improvements now on domain : Grandstand, racing-track, and fencing. Used for racing. Ocean Beach Domain. Sections Nos. part 28 and 31, Block VII, Peninsula Survey District, and 4 and 6, Block XII, Dunedin and East Taieri Survey Districts. Area, 221 acres 2 roods 11 perches. Work done during year : Keeping tracks free of lupin and grass, cutting grass among young trees, erecting scrub fencing, planting marram-grass, construction of paths continued, paths covered with clay and rotten rocks, and trees and shrubs planted. Proposed operations for ensuing year : Continuing reclamation, lengthening road seawards at St. Kilda, plant marramgrass, erect scrub fencing, plant face of hill near St. Clair with native shrubs, plant trees and marram-grass at the Tahuna Park end, and remove sand "from and fence area recently leased.
