Waikouaiti R.C. ; (Palmerston R.C.) —We allot one license and one day's racing to Waikouaiti R.C. and suggest amalgamation, to race at Waikouaiti, where it is promised that the course shall be extended to about one mile in circumference, with other improvements, including erection of grandstand and proper sanitary arrangements. We suggest that no racing be permitted until the course is enlarged as aforesaid and approved : at present it is very unsafe. Wairio J.C —We recommend acquisition of freehold or permanent right to race at a fixed rental, and railing the inside of racing-track. Wyndham R.C. —We recommend railing the inside of racing-track.
