No. 121 (1906).—Petition of Tapata Wiremu. Petitioner prays that a new hearing be set up to revoke the decision of the Judges of the Native Land Court of 1903 and 1906. I am directed to report that this Committee has no recommendation to make in connection with this petition. 12th November, 1907.

Native Land Settlement Bill. The Native Affairs Committee, to whom was referred the above-mentioned Bill, have the honour to report that they have considered the same, and recommend that it be allowed to proceed, with the amendments as shown on the copy of the Bill annexed hereto. 14th November, 1907.
