Clutha. This district is bounded towards the north and east generally by the Tuapeka Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from Leithen Burn to a point on the left bank of the Clutha River due east of Trig. Station D, Rankleburn Survey District; thence towards the north-east generally by the Bruce Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the ocean; 'thence towards the south-east by the ocean to Chasland's Mistake; thence towards the south-west generally by a right line to Black Horn ; thence by the summit of the watershed over Bleak Hill, the Chimney, and Flowerpot to Catlin's Cone ; thence by a right line to the source of the Waipahi River in Section No. 1, Block XL, Kuriwao Survey District; thence by the said Waipahi River to a point due east of the north side of a road traversing Section No 4, Block XL, Waipahi Survey District; thence by the said road to the eastern boundary-line of the Waikaka Survey District; thence by the said Waikaka Survey District to the Southern Trunk Railway-line; thence towards the south by the said line of railway to the Township of East Gore ; thence by that township to the Mataura River; thence again towards the south-west by the Mataura River to the confluence of the Okapua Stream with that river; thence towards the north-west by the said Okapua Stream to the Dunedin-Switzers Road ; thence towards the north by that road; thence towards the west by the Chatton Survey District, and the western boundary-line of Block VII., Greenvale Survey District, and its production to the left bank of Leithen Burn, at the boundary of the Tuapeka Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement. This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Clutha Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the mouth of the Okapua Stream to the ocean; towards the south by the ocean to a point in line with the western boundary-line of Block VII., Inveroargill Hundred ; thence towards the west by a right line to the said western boun-dary-line of Block VII., and thence by that boundary-line to Block V. of the said Inveroargill Hundred; thence towards the north-west by the said Block V. and Block VI. of the said Inveroargill Hundred to the eastern boundary-line of the latter block ; thence towards the south-west by the said Block VI., and Blocks XL, XII., and XVIII. of the said Inveroargill Hundred to the Makarewa River; thence again towards the north-west by that river to the north-western corner of Section No. 190, Forest Hill Hundred; thence towards the north by a line due east for a distance of 174 chains; thence again towards tho west by a line due north for a distance of 200 chains; thence again towards the north-west by a line bearing N 45° E. to the eastern boundary-line of the said Forest Hill Hundred; again towards the west by the Forest Hill Hundred aforesaid; again towards the south by the said Forest Hill Hundred to Lora Stream ; thence again towards the north-west generally by the said Lora Stream to Run No. 148 a ; thence by the said Run No. 148 a ; thence again towards the north generally by the northern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 449 and 267, Hokonui Survey District, to the Otamita Stream; thence by that stream to its confluence with the Mataura River; and thence by the left bank of the said Mataura River to the Okapua Stream, at the boundary of the Clutha Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement. Wakatipu. This district is bounded towards the north-east and northwest by the Westland Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the east by the Waitaki Electoral District,

This district is bounded towards the north-east generally by the Wakatipu Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the south generally by the Mataura Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to Run No. 148 a ; thence towards the south-west generally by the said Run No. 148 a ; and by the western boundary-line of Run No. 119 a to Cowan's Creek; thence by the said Cowan's Creek to the road running through Section No. 178, Hokonui Survey District ; thence by that road and its continuation through Section No. 91 to Section No. 108; thence by the road forming the north-eastern boundary of the said Section No. 108, and that road continued through Section No. 92, and along the north-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 121,93, 28, 109, 110, 94, 27, 111, 95, 26, 90, 222, and 29, all of Hokonui Survey District, passing Josephville Railway-station in the lastmentioned section, to the Oreti River; thence towards the east by the right bank of the said Oreti River to the southern boundary-line of Section No. 18, Taringatura Survey District ; thence again towards the south by the southern boundary-line of Sections Nos. 18, 10, 66, 17, and 126, all of Taringatura Survey District, to Section No. 123 ; thence by the production of the southern boundary-line of the lastmentioned section through Section No. 123 to the southern boundary-line of Section No. 79; thence by that boundaryline and the southern boundary-line of Section No. 261, and by Sections Nos. 162b and 162 a respectively to the northwestern corner of the last-mentioned section; thence again towards the east generally by the said Section No. 162 a, and by Run No. 154 a, Sections Nos. 162 c and 188, Taringatura Survey District, and by the southern boundary-line of the last-mentioned section produced to a point due north of the north-eastern corner of Section No. 245, Taringatura Survey District; thence by a line due south to the last-mentioned section ; thence by the eastern boundary-line of that section and the eastern boundary-lines of Sections Nos. 244, 243, 242, 240, 239, and 238 to Section No. 71 ; thence by that section and Section No. 63, Oreti Hundred, to the road which forms the north-eastern boundary of Section No. 53, Oreti Hundred; thence by Section No. 63 and the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 53, and that road continued through Section No. 62 of the said Oreti Hundred to the western boundary of the said Section No. 62; thence by the eastern side of that road to Section No. 108; thence again towards the south by the said Section No. 108 and Sections Nos. 107 and 44 to the north-western corner of the last-mentioned section ; thence again towards the east by the said Section No. 44, and Sections Nos. 43, 80, 86, 89, 90, 91, 94, and 95, all of the said Oreti Hundred, to the south-western corner of the last-mentioned section; thenoe again towards the south by the New River Hundred to the Waimatuku Stream; thence again towards the east by the left bank of that stream to the ocean; and thonce again towards the south and towards the west by the ocean to the Wakatipu Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement. Invercargill. This district is bounded towards the north by the Waihopai River; towards the east by the Mataura Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south by the Seaward Bush Railway-line; again towards the east by SoctionsNos. 15 and 21, Block XXII., Invercargill Hundred, and by the production of the western boundary-line of the latter section to Campbelltown Hundred; thence towards the south by Campbelltown Hundred ; and towards the west by the New River Estuary to the Waihopai River aforesaid. Awarua. This district is bounded towards the west and north-east generally by the Wallace Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the east generally by the Mataura Electoral District and the Inveroargill Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; and towards the south-west by Foveaux Straits to the Wallace Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement: including Stewart Island, Centre Island, Dog Island, and all adjacent islands.
