City of Dunedin. This district is bounded towards the north-west, northeast, and south-east respectively by the Chalmers Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the eastern corner of Section No. 23, Block IV., Upper Kaikorai Survey District, to Otago Harbour ; thence by Otago Harbour to a line being the production of the southern boundary-line of the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin to a point distant 1000 links from the Middle of Anderson's Bay Road ; thence again towards the north-east by the north-eastern boundary-line of the Borough of Caversham, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 99, 13th December, 1877, to the Borough of South Dunedin ; thence again towards the north-west, the north-east, and the south-east respectively by the said Borough of South Dunedin, as described in the New Zealand Gazette No. 99, 13th December, 1877, to the Anderson's Bay Road; thence again towards the north-east and southeast generally by the Waikouaiti Electoral District aforesaid to Forbury Road at St. Clair ; thence towards the west generally by the said Forbury Road to original Section No. 13, Block VI., Town District (Township of Calderville); thence by that section and Section No. 12 and original Section No. 18 (Township of Mount Pleasant) to Section No. 64, Block VI., Town District; thence again towards the northwest by the said Section No. 64, the crossings of roads, and Section No. 65 to the Glen Road; thence again towards the south-west generally by the said Glen Road to Argyle Street, Primroso Hill; thenco by that street to Elgin Road ; thence by Elgin Road to Elgin Avenue ; thence by Elgin Avenue to Randall Avenue ; and thence by Randall Avenue to Hawthorn road ; thence again towards the south-east and south by the said Hawthorn Road to the south-eastern boundaryline of the Lower Kaikorai Survey District; thence again towards the north-west by that survey district to the northeastern corner of Section No. 7 of tho said district ; thence again towards the north-east by aright line to the westernmost corner of Section No. 87, Block VI., Town District; thence by that section to the Town Belt of the City of Dunedin; and thence again towards the north-west by the northwestern boundary-lines of the City of Dunedin, as specified in the Neiv Zealand Gazette No. 101, 20th December, 1877, to the Chalmers Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement. Caversham.. This district is bounded towards the north-east by the Chalmers Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the east generally by the City of Dunedin Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and the Waikouaiti Electoral District, hereinbefore described; towards the south generally by the ocean to the mouth of the Kaikorai River ; thence towards the north-west generally by the said Kaikorai River to Abbot's Creek; and thence by that creek to the Main South Road ; thence again towards the south by the south side of the Main South Road to the road forming the southern boundary of Section No. 32, Block VII., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence again towards the north-west by the latter road and its continuation through the said Block VII. and through Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to the south-western corner of Section No. 8, Block VI., aforesaid; thence again towards the south-west by Sections Nos. 7 and 4 of the said Block VI. and Sections Nos. 2 of 1 and 1 of 1, Block XIII., Taieri Survey District, to the North Taieri Road ; thence towards the north generally by that road to the eastern boundary-line of Section No. 65, Block VI., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District; thence by that section to its northernmost corner ; thence towards the north generally by Block V., Dunedin and East Taieri Survey District, to tho Chalmers Electoral District aforesaid. Taieri. This district is bounded towards the east generally by the Waikouaiti Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; towards the south-east generally by the Chalmers Electoral District, hereinbefore described, and the Caversham Electoral District, hereinbefore described ; again towards the southeast by the ocean to the mouth of the Taieri River ; thence towards the south-west by the said Taieri River to the Southern Trunk Railway-line; thenoe again towards the south-east by the said railway-line to Section No. 10, Block 1., Waihola Survey District; thence towards the south-west generally by that section and Sections Nos. 3 and 2 of the said Block I. to Table Hill Survey District; thence by Table Hill Survey District to Trig. Station D in the said district; thence by Block I. of Table Hill Survey District aforesaid to the east branch of the Tokomairiro River; thence by that branch to the northern boundary of Section No. 1, Block X., Table Hill Survey District; thence towards the south by the

said Section No. 1, and by Block VIII., of Table Hill Survey District aforesaid, to Trig. Station G ; thence again towards the north-west by the summit of the watershed to Waitahuna Hill; thence by Section No. 1, Block IX., Waipori Survey District, to the Waitahuna River ; and thence by that river to the northernmost corner of Section No. 1., Block XII., Tuapeka East Survey District; thence by Run No. 6 to the Waipori River ; thence by that river and its eastern branch to its source ; thence by a right line to Lammerlaw ; and thence towards the north-west and north-east generally by the Waihemo Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the Waikouaiti Electoral District aforesaid, the place of commencement. Bruce. This district is bounded towards the north-west generally by Crook Burn from its confluence with the Clutha River to the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 13, Block XL, Waitahuna West Survey District; thence by that road and tho road which forms the south-eastern boundaries of Sections Nos. 14 and 15 of the said Block XL, and by the road which forms the south-eastern boundary of Section No. 10, and the southern boundaries of Sections Nos. 9 and 8, Block IX., of the said Waitahuna West Survey District, to the road which forms the north-western boundary of Section No. 15 of the said Block IX.; thence by that road to the northernmost corner of the said Section No. 15; thence towards the north-east by Section No. 1 of the said Block IX., and by Sections Nos. 1, 2, 3, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, Block VII., of the said Waitahuna West Survey District, and the south-western boundary-line of the lastmentioned section produced to the Waitahuna River; thence again towards the north-west by that river to a point in line with the north-eastern boundary-line of Section No. 6, Block VII., Waitahuna East Survey District; thence again towards the south-west by a right line to the south-eastern corner of that section ; thence by the said Section No. 6 ; thenoe again towards the north-west by the said Section No. 6 and Sections Nos. 9 and 80, a road, and Sections Nos. 1, 82, and 81, all of the said Block VII., by a road fronting Section No. 2, and by Section No. 10, Block X., of the said Waitahuna East Survey District; thence again towards the north-east by the last-mentioned section and by Section No. 44 of the said Block X. to the Waitahuna River ; and thence again towards the north-west by that river to Bungtown Creek; thenoe towards the west generally by the right bank of the said Bungtown Creek to the northern boundary of Section No. 11, Block IX., Tuapeka East Survey District; thence towards the south by that section and Section No. 10 to Block X. of the said Tuapeka East Survey District; thence again towards the west by the said Block X. and Blocks XIII. and XVI. of the said Tuapeka East Survey District to the summit of the range leading from Trig. Station T to Trig. Station R of the said survey district; and thence towards the north-west by that summit to the Taieri Electoral District, hereinbefore described; thenoe towards the north-east generally by the said Taieri Electoral District to the ocean; thence towards the southeast by the ocean to the mouth of the Koau Branch of the Clutha Rivet; and thence towards the south-west generally by the said Koau Branch and the Clutha River to the southeastern boundary-line of tho Borough of Balclutha; thence by the said Borough of Balclutha to the said Clutha River; and thence again towards the south-west by that river to the Pomahaka River; thence by the said Pomahaka River to the confluence of Back Greek with that river; thence again towards the north-west by that creek to a point due west of Trig. Station D, Rankleburn Survey District; thence towards the north by a line due east to the left bank of the Clutha River; and thence towards the east by the said left bank of the Clutha River to the mouth of the Crook Burn aforesaid. Tuapeka. This district is bounded towards the north-east and east by the Waihemo Electoral District, hereinbefore described, from the source of Lauder Creek to Lammerlaw ; again towards the north-east by the Taieri Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to the summit of the range leading from Trig. Station T to Trig. Station R, Tuapeka East Survey District; towards the south-east and south generally by the Bruce Electoral District, hereinbefore described, to a point on the left bank of the Clutha River due east of Trig. Station D, Rankleburn Survey District ; thence towards the west by the Clutha River to the confluence of Blackcleugh Burn with the said Clutha River; thence by Blackcleugh Burn to a point due south of Tapanui Hill; thence by a right line to tho said Tapanui Hill; thence by the summit of the range to Trig. Station L, Crookston Survey District; thence by Blocks XIV. and XIII., and Section No. 14, Block XVII., of the said Crookston Survey District, to the road forming the northern boundary of the said Section No. 14 ; thence towards the south by that road and the road forming the northern boundaries of the following sections, viz., Nos. 15 and 21 of the said Block XVII., 16, 15, and 14, Block XII., and 2 and 1. Block IX., Crookston Survey District, and Section No. 13, Block VIII., of the said survey district, to the road forming the north-eastern boun-
