REDUCTIONS MADE BY EDUCATION BOARDS (RETURN OF), IN SALARIES OR ALLOWANCES TO TEACHERS, ETC.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 16th May, 18S8. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing in detail all reductions lately made or now being effected by Education Boards throughout the colony in all salaries or allowances paid to their teachers and other officers, or otherwise, in consequence of retrenchments made in the education vote in the last session of this House."—(Mr. W.
