i. Whereas the Commission has in all cases charged the cost of bringing Military Settlers into the country to the different Provinces to which they were at firsi attached : but that it being brought to the notice of the Commission that the final settlement of these settlors has not yet been determined iv all cases, the Commission is of opinion in the event of such changes, the cost of introduction of such settlers should be eventually debited to the account of that Province in which they are eventually located, and credited to the Province against which they are now charged.
