Wednesday, the 22nd Day op March, 1944 Ordered, " That a Select Committee be appointed, consisting of ten members, to consider all Bills containing provisions of a technical legal character which may be referred to it, with power to confer and sit together with any similar Committee appointed by the Legislative Council: the Committee to consist of the Hon. Mr. Speaker, Mr. Algie, Mr. Bodkin, Mr. Combs, Mr. Denham, Mr. Barker, Mr. Munro, Mr. Eichards, Mr. T. C. Webb, and the Mover."—(Hon. Mr. Mason.) Thursday, the 14th Day of September, 1944 Ordered, " That the petition of the Eoverend Canon W. W. Averill and others be referred direct to the Statutes Eevision Committee."—(Mr. P. CARR.) Ordered, " That the Frustrated Contracts Bill be referred to the Statutes Eevision Committee."— (Hon. Mr. Mason.) Ordered, " That the Administration Amendment Bill bo referred to the Statutes Eevision Committee." — (Hon. Mr. Mason.) Friday, the 24th Day or November, 1944 Ordered, " That the Statutes Amendment Bill be referred to the Statutes Eevision Committee." — (Hon. Mr. Mason.)
REPORTS Law Reform Bill I have the honour to report that the Statutes Revision Committee has carefully considered the Law Reform Bill, and recommends that the Bill be allowed to proceed without amendment. 22nd November, 1944.
