Ordered "That there be laid before this House a return, being in continuance of 8.-25, 1899, showing the amounts paid, or that would have been so payable, under each of the systems of dealing with the drawing loan of 1867 from 31st March, 1899, to 31st March, 1900, for (1) interest, exclusive of Treasury bills ; (2) interest on Treasury bills'; and (3) sinking fund."—(Mr. Massey.)
