PENSIONS, GRATUITIES, ETC., GRANTED UNDER "THE CIVIL SERVICE ACT, 1866" (RETURN SHOWING THE), DURING THE YEAR ENDED 31st MARCH, 1882.

Return to an Order of the Souse of Representatives, dated 13th July, 1882. " That there be laid upon the table a return showing the several amounts paid to each person under " The Civil Service Act, 1866," as gratuities, and the pensions allotted under the said Act during the last financial year, and of which the gross amount is £30,352, as stated on page 6 of the Estimates, under the head of ' Permanent Charges.'
