STATEMENT showing the Contributions to Revenue (exclusive of Land Sales) from each Provincial District during the Financial Year 1880-81; also the Proportion of Loan Expenditure to which each District would be entitled on the basis of such Revenue, as compared with the Actual Expenditure in each District. The contributions to revenue are those actually collected in each provincial district, except in the case of Customs duties and stamps, which are allocated to the several districts on the basis of their population.
