IN GREEK THRACE
RUSSIANS AND BULGARIANS LONDON, Oct. 1 The Red Army, with the co-opera-tion of Bulgarian forces, has begun the occupation of Greek Thrace and is creating Communist local administrations, says the Exchange Telegraph correspondent in Istanbul.
