ROYAL BIRTH EXPECTED (Received April 12, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 11 The Duchess of Gloucester is expecting a baby. An announcement from York House, St. James’ Palace, tonight stated: “The Duchess of Gloucester will not for the next few months be undertaking any further engagements.”
