LONDON, Dec. 9 The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Ltd., brought in £68,289. The profit, after charging debenture stock interest was £88.953. A 5 per cent cumulative preference dividend absorbed £50,000. The directors said the burden of taxation makes it impossible to recommend an ordinary dividend.
