SHOP BURGLARY
JURY FINDS MAN GUILTY (By Telegraph.—Press Association) AUCKLAND, Wednesday A verdict of guilty on four out of five counts was returned by a jury in the Supreme Court at the conclusion of the trial of Reginald George Bloomfield, labourer, aged 33, on a series of charges arising out of a burglary of the premises of Home Furnishers Limited, Karangahape Road, in the early morning of October 19. Bloomfield was charged with breaking and entering to commit a crime, wnh being unlawfully in possession of housebreaking instruments and of gelignite, and with the theft of tools or alternatively with having received them knowing them to have been stolen. The jury found accused guilty on all charges except that of theft. He was remanded for sentence.
