Copyright) (Received Aug. 24, 11 a.m.) LONDON, Aug. 23 London military circles are gratified at the Egyptian declaration of determination to fight on the British side should the invasion of Egypt be attempted. Not only is the accretion of military strength welcomed—at the beginning of the war the Egyptian Army consisted of about 40,000 men—but also the spirit in which the declaration was made. -
