Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 23 The German Governor of Poland, Frank, in a speech at Cracow, said: “ Germany will never allow the reestablishment of the Polish State, The present frontier defining the spheres of influence of Germany and the Soviet is. final.” » Frank denied rumours that Germany intended to cede Polish territory to Russia. Thirty thousand Germans are reported to have been installed in occupied Poland to assure German influence.
