EMPIRE WAR CABINET

ASSOCIATION OF DOMINIONS GREAT SYMBOL OF UNITY (United Press Assn.—Tel. Copyright) LONDON, Aug. 20 Referring in the House of Commons to the suggestion that the Dominions should have representation in the British War Cabinet, the Secretary of State for Air. Sir Archibald Sinclair, said it would be difficult to include representatives of all the Dominions. “We have an admirable method for the association of the Dominions with the War Cabinet’s decisions and also with the framing of the policy on which the War Cabinet proceeds," Sir Archibald said. “ There is great force in the argument that the in elusion of Imperial statesmen would be symbolic of Empire unity, but surely the contribution of each Dominion to our war effort is the greatest symbol of unity.”
