PRESS, FILMS AND RADIO MORE LIMITED IN SCOPE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Aug. 6, 1 p.m.) CANBERRA, Aug. 6 The Federal Cabinet approved of the re-drafted press control regulations. The Cabinet agreed that the regulations apply to films and radio as well as to the press. The new regulations, the terms of which have not been announced, are much more limited in scope than was the original regulation.
