MEAGRE CIVILIAN RATION EXPORT TRADE CONTROL (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyrig-ht) (Received Aug. 6, 1 p.m.) LONDON, Aug. 5 Bradford reports that the civilian wool ration for the next three month will be so meagre that curtailed operation is inevitable unless the export trade can be increased. The Wool Control has undertake to supply the wool required for the export trade in fabrics. Spinners may apply for an extra ration of yarn lor exports.
