TWO CARS REMOVED
HAMILTON VEHICLES BOTH TAKEN LAST NIGHT FOURTH OFFENCE IN TEN DAYS With the removal of two more light cars in Hamilton last night, four cars have now been taken in the town with the past ten day*. The car taken from Milton Street on February 7 has been recovered at Rotorua, and that taken from outside a Hamilton theatre on Thursday found on the road near the Hopu Hopu camp. So far the cars removed last night have not been traced. One of the vehicles removed last night, both of which were light English models painted blue and black, is owned by Mr W. G. Pountney, of River Road, Claudelands, and the other by Mr A. J. Bollard, of Riro Street, Claudelands. Mr Pountney'a car, number 139868, was taken from Grantham Street between 7.30 p.m. and 10 p.m., and Mr Bollard’s, number 139911, from Garden Place between 8 p.m. and 8.10 p.m.
