FATAL ACCIDENT SEQUEL 'ID. " \--"~<ntion> i CHRISTCHURCH, Thursday A truck driver, Stanley Richard- ! son, was found not guilty in the Supreme Court today, before Mr Justice North croft, of causing the death on October 7 last year of Captain Andrew Henderson Maclver, on the Main South Road nea\ the Burnham military camp. Accused was tried on two charges, that, while in a state of intoxication he was in charge of a motor-truck, and by act or omission caused the death of Maclver, and that he drove negligently, causing death. After retiring lor 40 minutes, the jury returned a verdict of not guilty on both counts. Richardson was discharged.
