GAME OF BOWLS
INTER-CLUB MATCHES PROGRAMME TOMORROW The third series of inter-club bowling matches will be played on Hamilton greens tomorrow. The Hamilton Club will play Whitiora on the former club’s greens, Glen Mas-sey-Taupiri will play Huntly, Railway will be playing Ohaupo and Frankton will be matched against Hamilton East. A further attraction tomorrow will be the annual Public Service bowling tournament, which will be held at the Whitiora Club’s greens. Twenty-four entries have been received and the tournament promiss to be an outstanding success. Play will start at 8.45 a.m. The Whitiora Club on its own greens will defend the Waikato Rinks Shield against the Frankton Club.
