CUSTOMS UNION LIKELY BULGARIA AND YUGOSLAVIA (United Pres* At an Clec. Tel. CupytlrM) LONDON, Feb. 15 The Yugoslav Minister of Commerce. Dr. Andres, in a statement, said he w as optimistic about the possibility of a Yugoslav-Bulgarian Customs union, which would be an important move toward economic cooperation among the Balkan States. “Our tw'o countries should be able to approach foreign markets together on an agreed plan to create a joint committee to facilitate the exchange of goods," said Dr Aivir<-> A Yugoslav delegation is expected to go to London to negotiate for the importation of British Empire goods.
The Rumanian Minister of Commerce. M. Monstantinescu, has gone to Sofia to negotiate an economic treaty with Bulgaria, which it 16 hoped will improve general relations.
