SUPREME COUNCIL MEETS MILITARY MEASURES SETTLED SIGNOR MUSSOLINI’S HOPE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) LONDON, tTeb. 14 The Supreme Council of National Defence today concluded its 1940 session. A communique states that preparations for civil mobilisation have been completed and all military measures satisfactorily settled. Signor Mussolini hoped there would be no necessity for a further meeting this year.
