OBITUARY
MRS MARTHA LIMMER The death occurred at her residence, Te Kowhai, yesterday of Mrs Martha Limmer, aged 76, an old resident of the Te Kowhai district. She was born at Govan, Lanark. Scotland, and came to New Zealand with her parents when two years old. Mrs Limmer lived at Papakura for a number of years, being married to the late Mr Charles Limmer at Howick. Mr and Mrs Limmer came to Te Kowhai 59 years ago, and Mrs Limmer had lived there ever since. She is survived by three sons, Messrs F. J. Limmer (Koromatua), W. J. Limmer and R. M. Limmer (Te Kowhai), and four daughters, Mesdames L. Nicholson (Te Awamutu), N. Nicol. R. Stewart (Te Kowhai) and W. Burbush (Horotiu). Mr L. C. Limmer (Whatawhata) is a stepson and Mrs C. Dalbeth (Horotiu) a step-daughter. There are 26 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
