INSTALLATION CEREMONY TITLE ASSUMED (United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyngtot) LONDON, Feb. 8 A report from Lhasa, Tibet, says the new boy Dalai Lama has assumed the name of "Tender Glory, Mighty in Speech, Excellent in Intellect, Absolute in Wisdom, Holding to Doctrine.” Throngs of monks, nuns and people are filling the roads on their way to the installation ceremonies.
