EASTER ISLAND RIDDLE
SOLUTION REPORTED ANTHROPOLOGIST’S CLAIM (United Pres* A**n.—Elec. Tab Copyrlftil) WASHINGTON, Feb. 8 The anthropologist Mr Thor Heyerdahl has announced that he has solved the “ riddle of Easter Island," but that he is withholding details for three months. In the meantime, he said, his study had definitely linked the Maoris with the Haidaa of Vancouver Island.
