RUSSIAN IN SWITZERLAND FORMER EXPERT AT LEAGUE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) (Received Feb. 9, 3.15 p.m.) GENEVA, Feb. 8 The Swiss Government has ordered the Soviet’s League expert, M. Sokholin, to leave Switzerland within a fortnight. M. Sokholin, since his dismissal from a post under the secretarygeneral on January 1, has described himse'f as liaison officer to the International Red Cross Committee, which, in view of its work for Finland, finds his presence embarrassing.
