THE EMPIRE SCHEME AUSTRALIA’S BIG PART MINISTERS IN CONFERENCE (United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright) OTTAWA, Nov. 1 The Associated Press says it understands that Australia’s participation in the Empire air training scheme will be far greater than New Zealand’s and somewhat greater than Canada’s, but less than Britain’s.
