TOURNAMENT IN RAIN RAILWAY CLUB’S FIXTURE Despite heavy rain and sodden greens, a one-day tournament began at the Railway Bowling Club’s greens today. Sixteen teams took part in the tournament and they were representative of Hamilton and country clubs. Conditions over the first two rounds could hardly have been worse and the standard of play suffered under (he circumstances.
