TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT NEGOTIATIONS FOR RENEWAL (Official Wireless) Received Dec. 30, i p.m.) RUGBY, Dec. 29 Formal notice has been received from India of the termination next March of the agreement between Britain and India that was concluded at Ottawa in 1932. Mr Oliver Stanley stated in the House of Commons recently that the down in the negotiations for a new trade agreement.
