SUCCESSFUL DANCE
KARAKARIKI SOCIAL CLUB r F The Karakaraiki Social Club held a c very successful dance recently. Mr. c Gilder was M.C., tlie music for danc- s ,ing being supplied by Mrs. Sharp, ; 3 With extras by Mrs. Hastie and Mr. Gardener. A novelty dance was won by Mr. and Mrs. Gardener. Items were given by tlie following: Songs, Mrs. Gilder, Mrs. Gyde, Misses i Vera and Phyllis Sharp, and Olwyn ; Buckley; recitation. Mr Gyde; piano i solo, Master John Sharp. Community singing was also enjoy- j ed*. w Card Evening A card evening was also held recently and wSfs much enjoyed. The winners were Mrs Cate (ladies;, and Mr Gyde .men).
