TECHNICAL OLD GIRLS.

EVENING AT TE AWAMUTU. Members of the Te Awamutu branch of the Hamilton Technical Old Girls’ Association held a very enjoyable social evening on Monday, when they gathered at the residence of Mrs E. M. Hayward, in Young Street. There was a large attendance, and after the recounting of many humorous reminiscences of school days musical items were rendered by several of the girls, including much appreciated items by the Old Girls’ Orchestra. Mrs C. Rae gave a very interesting demonstration of cane work. It was unanimously decided to hold the evenings once a month, the next to be at the residence of Mrs W. Mensforth, in Bank Street, when all Old Girls interested are cordially invited.
