PUBLIC WORKS CARTAGE. “CANNOT LAST INDEFINITELY.” LICENSING AUTHORITY SITTING. Another warning to carriers applying for a license to carry public works materials and equipment that the extensive public works programme at present in operation in New Zealand could not be maintained indefinitely was issued by the No. 1 Transport Licensing Authority, Mr E.
