OVERLOADING AND SPEEDING. (Special lo Times.) TE AROIIA. Friday. At the Te Aroha Magistrate’s Court, before Mr F. 11. Lovicn, S.M., Alexander Francis Johnson pleaded guilty to operating a heavy motor vehicle on the Waitoa-Taupo main highway at a speed exceeding 21) miles per hour, as permissible by law. Accused was lined 40s, with 12s costs. Defendant also pleaded guilty to carrying a heavier load than the license permitted, and was convicted Hid fined 50s and costs 10s.
