HAYMAKING! ACCIDENT.
Mr H. Denham was thrown from a hayrake when the horses bolted recently. He was admitted to the Matamata Hospital, but later returned home.
Church Annlveraary. The Walton Methodist Church held Its anniversary service recently when the Rev. A Blakemore was the preacher and Miss Southee the organist. There was a large attendance and several anthems and solos were sung by the .Matamata choir.
