FATAL PLUNGE INTO SEA. United Press Assn.—Elec. Tel. Copyright (Received Deo. 13, 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, Dec. 13. Leaping from the boat deck of the Monterey, a young woman, Phyllis Elbon, was drowned. The Monterey was off Gaby Island en route from Melbourne to Sydney. Miss Elbon was discovered aboard soon after the vessel left Melbourne. The body was not recovered.
