With the slogan “At least four children for every family,’’ the Reich League of the Rich in Children, is launching a campaign at Weimar tomorrow. * Forty-four State leaders, all with large families, have issued an appeal stating that the only way Germany can be delivered from the dangers of decline is that all married people shall produce the largest possible number of vigorous children. The movement links up with the decree requiring medical certificates before marriage. Only the health authorities are empowered lo permit marriages.
