MR L. K. S., MACKINNON. A PIONEER OF RACING. United Press Assn. —Elec. Tel. Copyright. MELBOURNE, Aug. 25. The death has occurred after a lengthy illness of Mr L. K. S. MacKinnon, chairman of the Victoria Racing Club, aged 74. lie was horn on the Isle of Skye, Scotland. He was a solicitor by profession, and one of the pioneers of Victorian racing.
