OHAUPO HORSE FAIR. The New Zealand Loan and Mercantile Agency Company, Limited, Hamilton, report as follows on their annual autumn Ohaupo horse fair: — The numbers entered practically correspond with those advertised, the offering comprising 12 unbrokens, 65 farm draughts and 24 hacks. The draughts were a representative lot, many good-class horses being included. All elicited a strong demand, and with a very large attendance—many outside buyers being present—a very successful sale eventuated, heavy reliable horses sold with trial, in particular, commanding eager competition, with resultant satisfaction to to vendors and almost a complete clearance.
