TERRORISM IN RUSSIA.
PREVENTIVE MEASURES. EDUCATIONALISTS REMOVED. YOUNG COMMUNISTS CORRUPTED. (Times Cable.) (■Received De'3. 27, 1.45 p.m.) LONDON, Dec. 26, The Times’ Riga correspondent says the Soviet authorities announce that the anti-terrorist campaign necessitated many preventive measures against Zinovievism and Trotskyism, and “ Rotten Liberalism,” especially in educational establishments in the Ukraine, where fresh proofs of a separation movement, especially in the university, necessitate the removal of numerous professors and other high officials. Similar measures have been taken at Rostoffdon where the corruption of young communists with heretical ideas has produced a favourable atmosphere for individualist terrorism against the supporters of Stalin.
