SANTA CLAUS’ VISIT.

TOUR OF THE BOROUGH. PETER PAN’S ACTIVITIES. Small feet hurried and sourried along Frankton’s streets, and round eyes sparkled with anticipation, when the news was spread abroad yesterday that Santa Glaus was on his rounds in the district. Sent out by Peter Pan, of the Waikato Times, to distribute his' gifts among the little children who would not otherwise receive as many presents as their more fortunate brothers and. sisters, Santa was given an enthusiastic reception wherever he went, although some of the smaller children were somewhat awed by their visitor with the red cloak and flowfng white heard.

'Many Frankton homes, and others in adjacent suburbs, were visited, and parcels of toys, fruit, an-d sweets dis- U tributed among the delighted chil- T dren, who, in some streets, formed a / small crowd as they clustered about Santa Claus.
