SERIOUS CHARGE.
FARM-HAND FOR TRIAL.
HUNTLY, Friday-
A plea of not guilty was entered by John Stanford Ludwig,- a farm labourer, of Waiterlmu, when charged in the Magistrate’s -Court to-day with carnal knowledge at Te Hoe on October 31.
He was committed to the Supreme Court at Hamilton for trial on February 29, bail being allowed in his own surety of £2OO and another of £2OO.
