BOROUGH COUNCIL
CY-ELECTION CANDIDATES. A decision to run two candidates at the forthcoming Hamilton Borough Council by-election was reached at a special meeting of tlie local Labour Parly’ last evening, and Messrs H. Beebe and W. Hayes were selected. At a meeting of the Hamilton East Citizens' and Ratepayers’ Association last evening it was decided to nominate the president, Mr w. Bourne, as a candidate. Mrs sh B. Sims has announced her intention of contesting the by-election.
