RAILWAY EMPLOYEES. HIGH STANDARD OF PASSES. t‘ ’ The Frankton Junction railway employees have formed a first aid class and have attended frequent lectures by Mr 0. E. Marshall, superintendent of the Frankton Junction Railway St. John Ambulance Division. First aid examinations were held recently and the seven railway candidates who sat were all successful. The manager of the Auckland centre of the St. John Ambulance Association has congratulated Mr Marshall on the high standard of the passes. Those successful were: —Messrs G. H. McNamara, passed first class; F. Mole, passed first class; \V. J. Porter, passed first class; W. G. Splnley, passed first class; 11. Randcll, passed; A. R. Schofield, passed; L. W. Wright, passed. ____________
