WOMEN’S GOLF.
PROVINCIAL CHAMPIONSHIP. WON BY MISS BARNES-GRAHAM. AUCKLAND, Saturday. The Auckland ladles’ provincial golf championship tournament was concluded vat Middlemore yesterday in ideal weather, and resulted in a win for Miss W. Barnes-Graham (Gis- 1 borne), who defeated Mrs T. W. Hosking . (Titlrangi), 3 up and 2 to play. In the semi-finals Mrs Hosking defeated Miss 0. Stevens, 1 up, and Miss Barnes-Graham beat Mrs W. S. Ralph at the 20th. The Middlemore Cup resulted:— Semi-final: Miss Bray beat Mrs Henderson, 4 and 3; Miss Wilson beat Miss White, 2 up. Pinal: Miss Bray, Titlrangi, beat Miss Wilson, Auckland, 1 up. The foursomes medal was won by Misses Cutfleld and Lever, 94, 19—75.
